Investment Thesis

Fintech's drawdown is crypto's drawdown: -17% tracks the digital-asset winter, yet the book underneath holds the companies that process payments, stablecoins and retail trading regardless of coin prices. Stablecoin legislation made Circle a regulated financial institution; Shopify and Toast keep compounding commerce volume. ARK's concentration means violent swings both ways — 2023's +93% followed 2022's -65% — and today's entry prices in most of the bad news.

Who It's For

Aggressive investors who want the rebuilt-finance thesis — crypto rails, embedded payments, retail brokerage — at post-drawdown prices, with ARK-scale volatility accepted.
