Investment Thesis

The continent-only clean fund: no China exposure, just North American developers and grid names — which concentrated the policy-driven pain (-26%) and concentrates the recovery torque now that power scarcity is repricing every megawatt on the continent. Brookfield, Clearway and Northland own operating assets with contracted cash flows; the fund prices them like concept stocks. Deep value territory for the energy transition's North American half.

Who It's For

Contrarian energy-transition investors who want North America's renewable developers after a policy-driven washout — high risk, operating assets underneath.
