Investment Thesis
MGK concentrates on the 70 largest US growth companies at Vanguard's characteristically low 0.07% expense ratio. It provides the most cost-efficient way to own the Magnificent Seven and their peers with significant weighting. Unlike QQQ, MGK uses a CRSP methodology that includes other large compounders not listed on NASDAQ, providing slightly broader mega-cap growth coverage at lower cost.
Who It's For
Aggressive growth investors who want maximum exposure to the world's largest and most profitable technology and growth companies at Vanguard's near-zero cost. MGK suits investors with long time horizons who believe the largest US growth companies will continue compounding at above-market rates, accepting higher concentration risk in exchange for focused exposure to proven mega-cap leaders.
