Investment Thesis

The obesity-drug duopoly is split across two continents — Lilly in Indianapolis, Novo in Copenhagen — and IXJ is the one sector fund that owns both at full weight, plus Europe's pharma giants trading cheaper than their US peers. The +16% year rode the sector's rehabilitation as drug-pricing fears faded. Healthcare demand is the closest thing equities have to a demographic certainty.

Who It's For

Healthcare allocators who want the global industry rather than its American half — the structural upgrade over XLV for the GLP-1 era and beyond.
