Investment Thesis

Infrastructure is the asset class pensions crave: monopoly assets, inflation-linked tariffs, and cash flows that don't care about the business cycle. IGF packages the listed version — airports rebounding with travel, grids riding electrification, pipelines collecting tolls — with a 3% yield. It lags in momentum markets and shines when inflation and volatility return, which is exactly its job.

Who It's For

Income-and-stability allocators wanting real-asset exposure without private-market lockups. A natural inflation hedge alongside commodities, with dividends instead of roll costs.
