Investment Thesis

Fundamental weighting adds the most value where prices are noisiest — small caps — because rebalancing toward real sales and cash flow systematically buys the overlooked and trims the hyped. FNDA's +35% year outran the standard small-cap benchmarks as the value-flavored end of the segment led. It is the small-cap sibling of FNDX and the RAFI answer to AVUV's profitability screen.

Who It's For

Small-cap investors who want a value-tilted, fundamentals-anchored portfolio without a deep-value fund's concentration. Sits naturally beside FNDX in an all-fundamental core.
