Investment Thesis
DFAC is what happens when a quant house with fifty years of factor research builds a core fund: it owns essentially the entire market but persistently overweights smaller, cheaper, more profitable companies — the three premiums with the deepest academic support. It rebalances daily rather than on index dates, avoiding the front-running cost that plagues rules-based indices. The result is index-like breadth with a measured, disciplined tilt, at a fee far below traditional active management.
Who It's For
Investors who accept market-cap indexing as the baseline but believe factor premiums are real and want them harvested systematically. A one-fund core for the evidence-based crowd.
